25 to 22 Days Treks: Naar, phu, kang-La thoche Valley Treks
The Annapurna region undoubtedly provides some of the worlg's best trekking routes, including a greater variety of scenery and culture than can be found in any other comparable area. Although the normal circuit of Annapurna is a magnificent route, this new circular trek offers a wild and remote alternative including the newly-opened Nar and Phu Valleys and Manang Valley and beautiful Himalayan.
The remoteness of the Nar Phu Valley and its Proximity to Tibet has meant that the people and their culture have remained more akin to Tibet than Nepal . This also means that snow leopards and blue sheep are often in the area. We visit both Nar and Phu Villages before crossing the Kang La Pass with magnificent views of the Annapurna . Around Manang we join the main Annapurna trail for a couple of days, before we set off on the second half of the trek. Leaving the main trail again we trek to Gangapurna lake.The great Ice Lake ', as Maurice Herzog described it in the 1950s - which lies tucked away below huge mountains and glaciers. The trails on this trek are rarely used and this exciting new itinerery offers the adventurous and fit trekker high mountain scenery at its very best.

An exotic door to Nar-Phu,/ Narphu Valley Trekking, has been opened to visitors only since 2002, This is one of the best regions for viewing majestic mountains in the high land. The Phu is the  most beautiful medieval village where you can learn the real life styles of Bhote Like Sherpa communities enjoy and have a pleasure of the fabulous and typical landscape of the valley. Narphu   Valley Trekking begins from Koto via walking through a unique Marshyandi Valley . It could cover Annapurna circuit in four weeks.

The trails to this remote valley left untouched by civilizations enter from near Chame, on the trail of popular Annapurna trek. Exploring the valley to the north visiting phu village situated on the edge we travelsouth to Nar village. The valley along with the Thoche village is surrounded by peri Himalaya to the west. Despite the prosperity of the other area in Manang, people in this valley have remained untouched until now. Their dialect is different from others and they have not left their nomadic tradition.

We need two kinds of permit to visit Naar, phu, kang-La thoche Valley Treks. High season $ 90 for weeks permit and low season March / April / May / June / July / August and September for weeks $ 75 for special permit one week we have make to special format and pay to 75 for that trek.

There are three Buddhist monasteries dedicated to Nyingmapa sect. Nar phu & Thoche valley is the closest area that per Buddhist tradition, culture and rituals are still in tact. The Nar and Phu valleys are newly opened, spectacular regions of ethnically-Tibetan inhabitants. this is a trek that combines remote villages, narrow canyons, lovely forests, amazing rocks formations, yaks, gompas and unique Himalayan cultures. Trekking the standard Annapurna circuit, the bridge leading over the Marshyandi River to the steep portals of the Nar Phu valley system above opens up to a fuge expanse of hogh snow-peaks, ancient villages and hogh altitude grazing settlements. We must flow the must harder place and which is called THorong Phedi 4500m and early morning we pass to Thorong la pass 5416 m  after that we been muktinath which is the high mountain temple 3800m so we flowing the local road to day by day coming to lower place which is called Kagbeni boarder of mustang and calls kaligandaki which is the on of the bigger river and popular.there is very much strong wind in that valley to flowing the to Jomsom which is the airport is there, from Jomsom to Marpha 1 hour that is great apple garden and popular Thakali village after that we flowing our local road 3 hours after it calls Tukche 2591m, Khobang 2550m, Larjung 2560m, Sokung 2591m,that valleys have very great mountain view for Dhaulagiri, Tukche pick and Nilgiri. In the way to flowing  called Kalopani 2530m and lated 2438m in the way to Ghasa 2013m must be go deep down 1446m, it calls Rukse chhahara (Big water fall) and flowing to Dana to Tatopani, hot spring which is the people enjoying there take a relax with orange garden. Next morning,we shuld have to climb to magar village it calls Ghara, Shika, Chitre and popular place called Ghorepani 2855m,Himalayan very good view and  people love to live and make to Treks very nice and beautiful view from poon hill 3210 m. Ngadi to Jagat 1315m) 6/8 hours. We must have to passing to Manang Marsyandi River and make to Campng is There Tea House:
3 Days:
Jagat to Dharapani 1945m) 7/8 hours. Like to some flowing to Manang Marsyandi River and green view valley it is very Nice place.
4 Days:
Dharapani to us have to Go Treks Thonche 2670m)Valley make to Camping: which we will flowing to Manasalu Region. There is very nice valley and interested place. And we will flowing to Tilje, Goa, Karche and Bhute this is last place to Go.
5 Days: Thoche Valley we make to Rest Day: visit Thoche valley. There is very Nice place. And Tibetan Culture Etc:
6 Days: Thonche to we have to come back to Dharapani:
